Augmented Reality – have you seen it?

General electric has a fantastic sample of augmented reality on www.plugintothesmartgrid.com. The video shows how it works. You print out a marker, turn on your web cam and wow! I am investigating using this technology at our user conference. Imagine putting the marker on your name tag and when you walk by a bank of webcams/plasma screens a message comes our of your tag.
